Rubrik is seeking a Healthcare Account Executive to drive bookings growth in healthcare accounts across the Southwest Region. You'll focus on acquiring new clients and managing sales pipelines. This role requires strong sales skills and a commitment to customer expansion.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the healthcare sector, and understand the nuances of selling to both companies and government entities. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that resonate with diverse stakeholders. You are a relentless self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment, always looking for new opportunities to expand your client base. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively. You are comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers and Channel Partners, to achieve common goals. You are results-oriented and driven by the challenge of exceeding sales quotas while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory, focusing on both new and existing healthcare accounts. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities, ensuring a robust sales pipeline. You will identify and close new opportunities for growth, working closely with mid-enterprise accounts to present Rubrik's solutions effectively. Daily pipeline generation will be a key part of your responsibilities, requiring you to engage actively with potential clients and nurture leads through the sales process. You will collaborate with various teams within Rubrik to leverage resources and expertise, ensuring that you have the support needed to exceed your sales goals. Your ability to manage multiple strategic transactions simultaneously will be crucial to your success in this role.
