Rubrik is hiring a Customer Experience Manager to drive the post-sales journey for customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely activation and adoption of Rubrik’s SaaS products. This role requires strong customer support skills and a commitment to customer success.

You have a strong background in customer experience management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the importance of delivering exceptional post-purchase experiences and have a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and success. Your technical knowledge in data management and security will enable you to effectively support customers in utilizing Rubrik's solutions. You are a trusted advisor who builds strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring they receive the value they expect from their investments.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts in a way that is easily understood by customers. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. Your problem-solving abilities enable you to swiftly diagnose and resolve issues, keeping the customer experience at the forefront of your efforts. What you'll do
As the Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the post-sales journey for a select group of customers. You will ensure timely activation and adoption of Rubrik’s SaaS products, working closely with customers to guide them through the onboarding process. Your role will involve collaborating with technical support teams to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, providing them with the support they need to maximize the value of their Rubrik solutions.
You will also be responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction and gathering feedback to continuously improve the customer experience. By analyzing customer data and engagement metrics, you will identify opportunities for enhancing the post-sales journey and driving customer success. Your insights will help shape the strategies and initiatives of the Customer Success organization, ensuring that Rubrik remains a trusted partner for its customers.
