Who you are
You have a strong background in sales operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You excel at analyzing large datasets and translating insights into actionable strategies that drive revenue growth. Your problem-solving skills are complemented by your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and execution of sales initiatives.
You are proficient in using Salesforce and other sales analytics tools, which allows you to effectively manage forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics. Your communication skills enable you to influence stakeholders and present findings in a clear and compelling manner. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work directly with the Americas sales teams to shape business strategies that drive growth. You will support the sales organization by providing insights and analytics that inform decision-making and enhance sales productivity. Your responsibilities will include managing forecasting processes, overseeing pipeline management, and conducting account management activities.
You will participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and contribute to bi-annual sales planning and performance assessments. You will also support sales teams with quoting and account management, ensuring they have the tools and insights needed to succeed.
