Spotify is hiring a Senior Analyst for their Sales Operations team to drive growth and operational efficiency in their ads business. Your ability to build relationships is key to your success, as you work closely with different departments to ensure alignment and collaboration. You are detail-oriented and have a strong focus on operational efficiency, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Sales Leadership to drive the growth of Spotify's ads business โ€” your insights will help shape strategies that capture new opportunities in existing markets. You will collaborate with Product, Vendor Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Sales Systems & Tooling teams to implement these strategies effectively. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, enabling the Sales team to operate at peak efficiency.

You will be responsible for upholding operational efficiency within the Sales Operations team โ€” this includes planning and enabling collaboration across functions to ensure that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals. You will also play a key role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance the operational framework supporting the Sales team.
