What you'll do

As the Maintenance & Safety Manager at Ruggable, you will take ownership of the facility's operations in Charlotte, NC. Your primary responsibility will be to manage day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally and that safety standards are upheld. You will lead a team of maintenance supervisors and hourly staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. In addition to overseeing maintenance tasks, you will work cross-functionally with other teams to identify areas for improvement and develop best practices that enhance overall facility operations. You will be the go-to person for all maintenance and safety needs, ensuring that the facility operates smoothly and efficiently.
