You are a seasoned Lifecycle & Performance Senior Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a systems-oriented approach. With extensive experience in marketing data, you ensure the integrity and accuracy of reporting across various platforms. You are a power user of tools like Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Meta, and you have the technical agility to build robust reporting frameworks that support data-driven decision-making. Your expertise in segmentation using an RFM model allows you to provide actionable insights that drive growth and retention strategies. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate raw data into effective marketing execution. You are passionate about consumer products and e-commerce, and you understand the nuances of high-growth start-ups.
Desirable
Experience with international storefronts and the ability to scale insights across different markets is a plus. Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and methodologies will enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the reporting integrity and performance visibility for Ruggable’s growth and retention engines. You will serve as the primary authority on marketing data, ensuring that our data architecture—from reporting and UTM management to segmentation—is accurate and standardized across all global storefronts. You will collaborate with the Director of Reporting, Analytics & Insights to develop and implement strategies that enhance our marketing performance. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining reporting frameworks, analyzing marketing data to identify trends and opportunities, and providing insights that inform real-time decision-making. You will also work closely with marketing teams to ensure that data-driven strategies are effectively executed across various channels.
