What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Rula, you will lead the design efforts for our Revenue Cycle Management team, focusing on creating clear and trustworthy financial workflows for mental health care. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from initial research and ideation through to prototyping and user testing. Your designs will help patients understand their bills and ensure that providers are paid accurately and on time.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and create solutions that meet user needs. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate design concepts, ensuring that your work is grounded in real user experiences. You will also participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the design team.
