Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience designing modern digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end web design work. You thrive in ambiguity and can move quickly without sacrificing quality, balancing multiple priorities while keeping the customer experience at the center of every decision.

Your expertise includes conducting customer interviews and usability tests, leveraging both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to validate and iterate on designs. You are skilled in creating simple, logical UI that makes complex workflows feel effortless, and you understand how to balance user advocacy with business goals and technical constraints.

You have a proven track record of designing 0-to-1 experiences from concept through launch, using tools like Figma to bring your ideas to life. You are comfortable leading design reviews with external partners and can build strong cases for your design decisions.

Desirable

Experience in the travel or e-commerce industry is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics tools to track user behavior and analyze metrics. You are a strong collaborator who enjoys working alongside product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problems and explore solutions.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Hopper, you will be a founding member of our new B2B vertical, responsible for designing end-to-end web experiences. You will own the full design process from concept through launch, ensuring that the user experience is seamless and engaging.

Your day-to-day will involve conducting customer interviews and usability tests to gather insights that inform your design decisions. You will analyze user behavior and metrics to validate your designs and iterate based on feedback. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problems and explore innovative solutions.

You will create simple and logical UI designs that make complex workflows feel effortless, balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints. Leading design reviews with external partners will be part of your role, where you will advocate for your design decisions and ensure alignment with project objectives.
