What you'll do

In this role, you will own and evolve the architecture of Rula’s Patient Onboarding processes, focusing on critical user journeys such as the marketing site and registration flows. You will lead the technical strategy for large initiatives, ensuring that the frontend systems are clean, reusable, and scalable. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, you will help untangle and modernize the onboarding funnel to improve user experience.

You will participate in defining the technical direction of the team, mentoring junior engineers, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of Rula's mental health services, making a positive difference in the lives of users. You will also engage in discussions around diversity, equity, and inclusion, helping to create a supportive environment for all team members.
