Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in providing IT support, particularly in a remote and cloud-based environment. Your experience includes Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Windows 10/11 devices and Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring users can work efficiently and securely. You are detail-oriented and customer-focused, thriving in a modern SaaS-based environment where user experience is paramount.
You are comfortable with user account administration in Entra ID (Azure AD), including user creation, licensing, group membership, and troubleshooting access issues. Your technical skills extend to provisioning and supporting endpoints using Microsoft Intune, where you manage device enrollment and compliance policies effectively.
You have experience supporting remote users in a zero-trust environment, adept at resolving connectivity and access issues with tools like Zscaler. Your familiarity with security platforms such as CrowdStrike and Proofpoint allows you to troubleshoot agent health and email delivery issues efficiently.
Your ability to assist users with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and conditional access issues showcases your understanding of modern security practices. You are also involved in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide frontline support to a fully remote workforce, focusing on user experience and operational support. You will assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed.
You will handle device provisioning and support, utilizing Microsoft Intune for application installation and troubleshooting. Your responsibilities will include managing compliance policies and security baselines to maintain a secure working environment.
You will play a critical role in supporting remote users, addressing connectivity issues, and ensuring that security measures are effectively implemented. Your expertise in troubleshooting will be essential in resolving issues related to CrowdStrike and Proofpoint, enhancing the overall security posture of the organization.
You will also contribute to user account administration, ensuring that access rights are correctly assigned and maintained. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance the user experience and streamline IT support processes.
