You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to draft executive summaries and present insights to senior leadership clearly and concisely. You are a natural leader who enjoys mentoring and managing analyst staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to align forecasting assumptions with evolving market strategies.

Desirable

Experience in the insurance industry or financial services is a plus, as is familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to portfolio management. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end carrier portfolio premium and exposure forecasting processes, utilizing your analytical skills to drive high-quality financial projections. You will collaborate closely with Portfolio Managers and Business Unit Leaders to ensure that forecasting assumptions align with product strategies and market plans. Your analytical prowess will be crucial as you analyze actual portfolio performance across various KPIs, monitoring business outcomes and identifying areas for improvement. You will draft and deliver executive summaries for Senior Leadership, providing insights on actual and projected results to guide strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will manage and mentor a team of analysts, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality performance analysis activities. You will also generate insights on risk, exposure, and market positioning, assisting in the development of board materials and external carrier portfolio reviews.
