You are a seasoned leader with a strong background in employee experience and people operations, ideally with 10+ years of experience in a similar role. You thrive in high-growth environments and understand the nuances of working in a private equity-backed company. Your empathetic leadership style balances operational rigor with a focus on team engagement and development.

You possess a bias towards action and results, demonstrating a proven track record of driving initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Your experience includes leading diverse teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. You are adept at navigating complex organizational structures and aligning human capital strategies with business objectives.

Desirable

Experience in SaaS or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven solutions that enhance employee engagement. You have a strong understanding of talent management frameworks and employee engagement metrics, which you leverage to inform strategic decisions.

What you'll do

As the VP of Employee Experience, you will lead a team of 8-9 professionals across various functions including People Business Partner, Talent Management, and Engagement. Your primary responsibility will be to architect and implement a human capital strategy that scales with the company's ambitious revenue goals. You will collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer and other executives to ensure alignment between employee experience initiatives and overall business strategy.

You will drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and development, ensuring that the company remains an employer of choice in the competitive SaaS landscape. This includes overseeing talent management processes, developing engagement programs, and implementing feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the employee experience. You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of these initiatives and making data-driven adjustments as necessary.

SalesLoft offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $150,000 to $195,000 USD, along with performance bonuses and benefits.
