What you'll do

As the VP of People at ezCater, you will lead the People team, which includes People Business Partners, Learning & Development, Talent, People Operations, and Total Rewards. You will be responsible for defining and driving the people strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the People leadership team and other stakeholders to create a supportive and inclusive work environment where employees can thrive.

You will play a key role in shaping the organizational culture by implementing initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction. This includes developing programs that enhance the employee experience, from onboarding to ongoing development and recognition. You will also oversee the management of talent acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring that ezCater attracts and retains top talent in the industry.

In addition, you will provide leadership and strategic direction to the People team, guiding them in their efforts to support the organization’s goals. You will be a trusted advisor to the management team, offering insights on people-related matters and helping to navigate challenges that may arise in a remote work setting. Your focus will be on creating a cohesive and high-performing team that embodies the values of ezCater.
