You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You excel at building relationships and understand the importance of customer satisfaction in driving business success. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and challenges, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work cross-functionally with sales, support, and product teams. You are comfortable working remotely and managing your time effectively to meet customer expectations.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Samsara, you will be the primary point of contact for our top customers after the implementation phase. Your role will involve understanding their unique challenges and advising them on how to best utilize our IoT platform to meet their operational goals. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Sales, Support, and Product, to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will also be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers, helping them to achieve their desired outcomes and ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions.
