Samsara is hiring an Enterprise Select Customer Success Manager to work closely with their largest Fleet customers, advising on how to leverage Samsara's solutions for their unique challenges. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment — you understand the importance of building long-term relationships with clients and have experience in managing customer expectations effectively. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner sets you apart, allowing you to serve as a trusted advisor to your clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, support, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for customers to maximize their use of the platform, and you take pride in helping them achieve their operational goals.

Desirable

Experience in the IoT or connected operations space is a plus, as is familiarity with fleet management solutions. A background in data analysis or the ability to leverage data to drive customer success initiatives will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Select Customer Success Manager at Samsara, you will be the primary point of contact for our largest Fleet customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and advise them on how to leverage Samsara's solutions to meet their operational needs. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins with customers, providing training and onboarding support, and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or features. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and product, to ensure a seamless customer experience and to advocate for customer needs within the organization. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction scores, retention rates, and the overall growth of your accounts.
