Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to understand customer needs deeply and to advocate for their success within your organization. You excel at building relationships and have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement in customer operations. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders. You are a strategic thinker who can analyze customer data and feedback to drive actionable insights and improvements.
Desirable
Experience in the IoT or connected operations space is a plus, as is familiarity with fleet management solutions. You may have a background in operations or logistics, which would enhance your understanding of the challenges faced by Samsara's customers. A passion for technology and a desire to help customers succeed in their digital transformation journeys will set you apart.
What you'll do
As a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Samsara, you will be the primary point of contact for our largest Fleet customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and objectives, advising them on best practices and how to leverage Samsara's platform effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. You will also gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization. Your success will be measured by customer retention rates, satisfaction scores, and the overall growth of your accounts.
