You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. Your experience includes leading teams and enhancing customer engagement strategies to drive adoption and satisfaction. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders alike. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your decisions and improve team performance. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about fostering a positive team culture. You understand the importance of customer advocacy and are committed to ensuring that clients receive maximum value from the products and services offered.
What you'll do
As the Manager of the Enterprise Customer Success team, you will oversee the onboarding and ongoing support of Samsara's enterprise customers. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and ensure that clients are effectively utilizing the solutions provided. You will provide targeted coaching and support to your team members, helping them to grow in their roles and achieve their objectives. You will collaborate closely with other departments, including sales and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your role will involve analyzing customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team, encouraging innovative approaches to customer success.
