You have a proven track record in customer success management, with experience leading teams and driving customer engagement. Your strategic mindset allows you to evolve customer engagement models effectively, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from the solutions provided. You are passionate about coaching talent and fostering a motivating team culture that encourages high performance and collaboration.

You understand the importance of building long-term relationships with customers, guiding them from onboarding through renewal and advocacy. Your ability to analyze customer needs and align them with business objectives makes you a key player in driving customer satisfaction and retention. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on customer success.

What you'll do

As a Senior Manager on the Mid-Market Customer Success team, you will lead a group of Customer Success Managers, providing them with the guidance and support needed to excel in their roles. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive adoption of Samsara's solutions. Your hands-on leadership style will help you mentor your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service delivery. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, allowing you to proactively address customer needs and enhance their experience with Samsara.
