Samsara is hiring a Trial Success Manager to ensure enterprise trials are executed with excellence. Who you are

You have experience in customer success or a related field, ideally with a focus on trial management and customer engagement. You understand the importance of ensuring that prospective customers experience the full value of a solution during their trial period. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer success, to drive successful trial execution.

You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple trials simultaneously while ensuring that each customer receives the support they need. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping customers succeed. Your ability to analyze customer feedback and adapt strategies accordingly will be key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As a Trial Success Manager at Samsara, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of enterprise trials, ensuring that they are conducted smoothly and effectively. You will partner closely with the sales team to align on customer expectations and deliverables, helping to create a seamless experience for prospective customers. Your role will involve coordinating with various internal teams to ensure that all necessary resources are available for trial execution.

You will also be tasked with gathering feedback from trial participants to understand their experiences and identify areas for improvement. By analyzing this feedback, you will help refine the trial process and enhance the overall customer experience. Your insights will be valuable in shaping future product offerings and trial strategies.
