Your experience includes leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You are adept at building relationships across various departments and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in environments where you can empower others to achieve their best work. You understand the importance of customer experience and are committed to driving improvements that lead to higher renewal rates and customer NPS.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and operationalizing the program management office (PMO) for the Revenue Operations team. You will drive core programs that transform the way Samsara’s Implementation, Renewals, and Customer Success teams operate, making them more efficient and effective in their roles. You will work closely with GTM leaders to ensure clarity, consistency, and efficiency in execution. Your role will involve analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices that enhance team performance. You will also be responsible for tracking program metrics and reporting on progress to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals. Additionally, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, encouraging feedback and collaboration.
