Who you are
You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in Go-to-Market strategies. Your leadership skills enable you to drive initiatives that enhance team efficiency and improve customer satisfaction metrics. You understand the importance of operational clarity and consistency in achieving business goals.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Your analytical mindset helps you identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that lead to increased renewal rates and customer NPS. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the operationalization of the program management office for the Revenue Operations team. You will be responsible for driving core programs that transform the way Samsaraβs Implementation, Renewals, and Customer Success teams operate. Your efforts will focus on making these teams more efficient and effective in their roles.
You will collaborate with GTM leaders to ensure that initiatives are executed with clarity and consistency. Your role will involve analyzing current processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing best practices to enhance team performance. You will also be instrumental in developing metrics to measure the success of GTM programs and initiatives.
