You have a proven track record in program management, particularly in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Your experience includes building scalable frameworks and processes that enhance operational excellence. You excel at partnering with leadership to surface risks and opportunities, ensuring alignment across teams. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to create executive-ready presentations and drive engagement within your organization. You understand the importance of fostering a positive team culture and are adept at motivating teams to achieve their goals. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.
What you'll do
As a Senior Program Manager at Vanta, you will own the end-to-end management of large-scale GTM initiatives, including new market expansions and pilot programs. You will build and implement program management frameworks that include intake processes and success criteria templates. Your role will involve collaborating closely with GTM leadership across various departments to ensure that high-priority initiatives are executed on time. You will also be responsible for designing programs that drive engagement and alignment across teams, helping to create a cohesive and motivated workforce. Your ability to surface risks and opportunities will be crucial in steering projects toward success, and you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the GTM organization.
