What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the client onboarding process for Sardine's fraud and compliance products, managing end-to-end integrations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate those into technical solutions that ensure successful deployment. Your hands-on approach will involve collaborating with internal teams to address any challenges that arise during the integration process, ensuring that clients are fully supported.

You will also be responsible for developing best practices for integration management, continuously improving processes to enhance client satisfaction. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in fraud prevention and compliance, allowing you to provide valuable insights to both clients and your team.
