What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, deploying, and optimizing AI Agents that enhance customer interactions and drive business value. You will work closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure that the AI solutions meet customer needs and expectations. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and analyzing customer feedback to inform product decisions.
