You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in AI or machine learning technologies. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with senior customer executives and cross-functional teams. Your ability to blend product thinking with project leadership allows you to drive value for customers and the business. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about leveraging AI to transform customer experiences. You understand the importance of user insights and behavioral best practices in creating impactful AI solutions. You are a proactive problem solver who thrives on challenges and is eager to contribute to a mission-driven company.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, deploying, and optimizing AI Agents that enhance customer interactions and drive business value. You will work closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure that the AI solutions meet customer needs and expectations. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and analyzing customer feedback to inform product decisions. You will lead cross-functional projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI Agents. You will also monitor the performance of deployed solutions, iterating on them based on user feedback and data insights. Your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their challenges and how AI can address them, ultimately aiming to delight customers and improve their experiences.
