Who you are
As a Mold Maintenance – Composites Technician, you have a strong understanding of composite materials and their applications in marine structures. You are detail-oriented and take pride in ensuring that molds are maintained in optimal condition for production. Your experience in mold maintenance or a related field has equipped you with the skills necessary to perform repairs and upkeep effectively. You are committed to quality and understand the impact of your work on production uptime and repeatability.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of composite molds used in the production of high-performance marine structures. You will ensure that molds remain in top condition to support precise layups, infusions, and part releases. Your work will directly affect the quality of the final products and the efficiency of the production process.
