You are a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with a specialization in composites, bringing hands-on experience in composites manufacturing to the table. You have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a passion for driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced marine environment. Your background includes working with autonomous systems, and you are eager to contribute to innovative solutions that enhance maritime operations.

You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with design and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes. Your ability to analyze and improve workflows is complemented by your technical skills in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and SolidWorks. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results in every project you undertake.

Desirable

Experience with autonomous surface vessels or related technologies is a plus. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies will set you apart. You are adaptable and open to learning new techniques and technologies that can enhance your work and the team's output.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes for autonomous surface vessels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that manufacturing processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality standards.
