As a Finishing – Composites Technician, you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your craftsmanship. You understand the importance of surface preparation and are skilled in techniques such as scarf repairs, sanding, and fairing. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with other technicians and engineers to ensure that every part meets strict cosmetic and dimensional specifications. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the final surface preparation and detailing of composite components. This includes performing scarf repairs, sanding, fairing, and prepping surfaces for paint or bonding.
