You'll oversee HRIS and the people tech ecosystem, partnering with IT and Finance to enhance processes. This role requires significant technical expertise in managing people technology.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in managing People systems, with a focus on HRIS and the broader people tech ecosystem. Your experience includes overseeing tools for onboarding, learning, performance, benefits, compliance, and data flow across teams. You are technically adept and have a strategic mindset, enabling you to design scalable processes that strengthen data integrity.
You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with IT, Finance, and leadership to evolve the people technology stack as the company grows. Your ability to manage systems architecture, integrations, reporting, and governance for the People function is a key asset. You understand the importance of aligning technology with business needs and employee lifecycle support.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the strategy and implementation of all People systems across Saronic Technologies. You will be responsible for the long-term management of core HRIS and the people tech ecosystem, ensuring that all tools are effectively supporting the employee lifecycle. Your influence will extend to designing scalable processes that enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
You will oversee the governance of People systems, ensuring compliance and effective reporting. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that align with the company's growth objectives. Your role will involve significant technical oversight, requiring you to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in People systems.
