What you'll do

In this role, you will support the delivery of People Services operations across Bandwidth’s international offices. You will focus on payroll and benefits administration, ensuring that all processes are executed accurately and in a timely manner. You will also provide employee support, acting as a liaison between team members and various internal departments.

Your responsibilities will include implementing People Services initiatives and identifying areas for process improvement. You will work closely with other teams to ensure compliance with local practices and maintain a high standard of employee experience. Your role will require you to take ownership and demonstrate autonomy in your work, making you an integral part of the People Services team.
