Who you are
You have a strong background in quality engineering, particularly in the composites sector, with experience in ensuring that materials meet stringent performance and durability standards. Your expertise in composite manufacturing processes, including open-mold and closed-mold techniques, allows you to effectively assess supplier capabilities and product quality. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify and resolve nonconformance issues efficiently. Your collaborative nature allows you to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to uphold high standards of workmanship.
What you'll do
As a Supplier Quality Engineer at Saronic, you will be responsible for conducting audits and inspections of composite materials and components produced by suppliers. You will drive supplier quality performance by implementing data-driven improvements across the supply chain, ensuring that all products meet Saronic's rigorous quality standards.
