Job Description
Who you are
You are an expert in penetration testing with a strong technical background, capable of designing and conducting comprehensive tests across various technology stacks. Your experience includes advanced application and API security, as well as cloud infrastructure, particularly with AWS and Azure. You have a deep understanding of containerized environments, including Kubernetes, and are adept at defining advanced penetration testing and red teaming use cases.
You possess the ability to influence security decisions across the organization, demonstrating leadership and mentorship to other penetration testers. Your technical depth allows you to autonomously handle complex security challenges, ensuring that the highest standards of security are maintained.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the penetration testing efforts within the security team, focusing on the most advanced techniques and methodologies. You will be responsible for designing and executing penetration tests that assess the security posture of applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructures. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that security is integrated into the development lifecycle.
You will also mentor junior penetration testers, sharing your expertise and guiding them in their professional development. By defining use cases for advanced penetration testing and red teaming, you will help shape the security strategy of the organization. Your contributions will be critical in identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation strategies to enhance the overall security framework.
