What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment process for Saviynt's North America team, focusing on sales, pre-sales, marketing, and business development positions. You will work closely with GTM leadership to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals. Your expertise will help shape the future of these teams as you identify and attract high-performing candidates.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process.
