Saviynt is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to drive the recruitment of top-tier talent across their North America team. You'll develop innovative recruitment strategies to shape the future of their sales, pre-sales, marketing, and business development teams. Who you are

You have a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly in Go-to-Market roles, and you understand the nuances of recruiting for sales, marketing, and business development teams. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to develop forward-thinking recruitment strategies that align with ambitious organizational goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the opportunity to make a real impact on team dynamics and company growth.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to collaborate closely with GTM leadership ensures that you can effectively identify and attract top-tier talent. You are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for recognizing the skills and experiences that will contribute to the success of the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment process for Saviynt's North America team, focusing on sales, pre-sales, marketing, and business development positions. You will work closely with GTM leadership to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals. Your expertise will help shape the future of these teams as you identify and attract high-performing candidates.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process. Your ability to assess candidates' fit for the organization will be crucial in building a strong team that can drive Saviynt's mission forward. You will also leverage data and analytics to inform your recruitment strategies and continuously improve the hiring process.
