Who you are

You have extensive experience in recruitment, particularly in go-to-market roles, and understand the nuances of hiring for post-sales teams. Your ability to build relationships and trust with candidates and hiring managers is paramount — you know how to create a welcoming environment that encourages diverse applicants to engage with the company. You are driven by a mission to support the growth of the organization through strategic hiring practices and are comfortable navigating the complexities of a startup environment.

You possess a keen understanding of the skills and attributes necessary for success in sales and customer-facing roles. You have a track record of successfully filling positions in fast-paced environments and can adapt your approach based on the specific needs of the team. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate the company's vision and values to potential candidates effectively.

What you'll do

As a Senior GTM Recruiter at Fieldguide, you will own the full recruiting cycle for our post-sales teams, collaborating closely with the VP and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs. You will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse candidate pool. Your role will involve conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and providing feedback to hiring managers to facilitate informed decision-making.

You will also play a crucial role in enhancing the candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects Fieldguide's values and culture. By leveraging data and analytics, you will track recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes. You will be an advocate for diversity and inclusion, actively seeking to create a team that reflects a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
