What you'll do

As a Senior GTM Recruiter at Fieldguide, you will own the full recruiting cycle for our post-sales teams, collaborating closely with the VP and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs. You will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse candidate pool. Your role will involve conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and providing feedback to hiring managers to facilitate informed decision-making.

You will also play a crucial role in enhancing the candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects Fieldguide's values and culture. By leveraging data and analytics, you will track recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
