What you'll do

In this role, you will own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM and business roles, from strategic sourcing to offer negotiation and closing. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain alignment throughout the hiring process. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sophisticated sourcing strategies to attract senior-level and specialized GTM talent, leveraging outbound sourcing, talent mapping, and warm networks to meet aggressive hiring goals.

You will engage, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience while assessing their fit for the roles. Your expertise in recruitment will help you identify and attract top talent, contributing to the overall growth and success of LangChain. You will also collaborate with the HR team to refine recruitment processes and improve overall efficiency.
