You have a strong background in sales enablement, with experience in managing sales content and training programs that drive seller productivity. You are highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that sales teams have the right resources and tools to succeed. Your passion for enabling sales teams is evident in your proactive approach to supporting their needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to execute high-impact enablement initiatives. You understand the importance of strategic enablement programs that foster knowledge, skills, and engagement to drive revenue growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales content and training programs that enhance the productivity of the sales team. You will develop and implement enablement tools and operational processes that support the execution of enablement initiatives. Collaborating with various departments, you will ensure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary resources to effectively communicate Saviyntโ€™s value proposition. You will also analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs and make recommendations for improvements. Your role will involve continuous engagement with the sales team to understand their challenges and provide tailored support to help them achieve their goals.
