You are a dedicated professional with a strong background in sales enablement or coaching, ideally with experience in the payments or software industry. You understand the challenges faced by small businesses and are passionate about empowering them to succeed. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to connect with individuals and groups effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization.

You have a proven track record of developing training programs or workshops that enhance sales techniques and improve retention rates. Your ability to analyze performance metrics helps you identify areas for improvement and tailor your coaching strategies accordingly. You are adaptable and can adjust your approach based on the unique needs of each ISC you work with.

What you'll do

As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Teya, you will focus on increasing ISC retention by keeping them engaged and helping them develop their sales skills. You will conduct workshops and roadshows, providing hands-on coaching to ISCs to sharpen their techniques and ensure they see the value in building their business with Teya. Your role will involve creating training materials and resources that support ongoing development and foster a sense of community among ISCs.

You will collaborate closely with other teams to align sales enablement initiatives with broader company goals. Your insights will help shape the training programs and ensure they are effective in meeting the needs of ISCs. You will also gather feedback from ISCs to continuously improve the coaching experience and adapt to changing market conditions.
