What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers throughout their journey with Saviynt’s PAM solutions. You will assist in the deployment, operation, and scaling of these solutions, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex issues, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

You will also play a key role in gathering customer feedback and insights, which will inform product improvements and new feature development. Your expertise will help shape the direction of Saviynt’s PAM offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of customers in a dynamic security landscape.
