You have a solid understanding of cloud-based solutions, particularly in hybrid and multi-cloud environments, and are familiar with identity-driven access control principles. You are confident in setting boundaries and managing expectations, ensuring that projects stay on track and deliver value to customers.

Experience with AI-driven identity platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks. Knowledge of industry best practices in identity security will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the discovery and data gathering phases of PAM deployments, ensuring that customer needs are accurately captured and addressed. You will design solutions that align with best practices and customer requirements, creating high-level designs and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as necessary. Your responsibilities will include implementing PAM solutions and providing documentation to support ongoing customer success. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, guiding clients through their journey to effective PAM adoption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience and ensure that clients achieve their desired outcomes. Your role will also involve monitoring the effectiveness of PAM solutions post-implementation, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance and security. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of Saviynt's PAM offerings, sharing insights and feedback with product teams to enhance future iterations.
