Solutions Engineer • Senior

Who you are

You have a strong background in solutions engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the PAM space — you understand vendor solutions, industry best practices, and technology integration, allowing you to deliver functional and technical solutions to complex customer engagements. Your expertise in AWS, Docker, Java, and Python enables you to provide valuable insights and technical knowledge to both existing and prospective customers. You are comfortable conducting detailed technical discovery and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), showcasing your ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Account Executives and Regional VPs to sell Saviynt’s PAM solutions to new and existing accounts. Your proactive approach and independent work ethic drive opportunities to closure, positively impacting revenue. You also have experience mentoring and coaching other Solutions Engineers, sharing strategies for influencing customers and managing technical presentations.

Desirable

Experience with AI technologies and their application in identity security is a plus, as is familiarity with conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) and participating in trade shows. Your ability to contribute to product marketing efforts, such as developing white papers, solutions briefs, webinars, and blogs, will further enhance your impact within the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with the PAM Business Unit to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. You will engage in technical discussions with clients, ensuring that their requirements are met with Saviynt’s innovative PAM solutions. Your role will involve conducting technical discovery sessions, where you will gather information to craft compelling proposals that address customer challenges.

You will also participate in the delivery of Proof of Concepts (POCs), demonstrating the capabilities of Saviynt’s PAM solutions to potential clients. Your involvement in trade shows will help showcase Saviynt’s offerings and establish connections with industry leaders. As a key member of the sales organization, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial engagement through to implementation.

Your contributions will extend to product marketing, where you will collaborate on creating informative content that highlights the benefits of Saviynt’s solutions. This may include writing white papers, developing solutions briefs, and participating in webinars to educate potential customers about PAM best practices and Saviynt’s unique value proposition.
