Job Description
Who you are
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience selling into real estate or investment management, demonstrating a strong consultative selling approach. You possess a strategic mindset and the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders, ensuring successful engagement with prospective clients. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to lead discovery and solution discussions effectively, converting opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
You are adept at managing a healthy pipeline and consistently working towards revenue targets. Your ability to prepare tailored product demonstrations and commercial proposals aligned with customer business needs sets you apart. You stay informed on relevant market, regulatory, and industry developments, which enhances your effectiveness in the role.
What you'll do
As the Client Solutions Lead, you will own and manage the full sales cycle, from discovery through to close. You will engage directly with prospective customers, leading discovery, qualification, and solution discussions. Your role will involve delivering tailored product demonstrations and commercial proposals that align with customer business needs. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline, consistently working towards revenue targets.
You will identify and attend relevant industry conferences and events to build relationships, strengthen market presence, and support pipeline development. Partnering with account management, you will ensure effective lead handover and account progression. Additionally, you will prepare proposals, pricing, and responses to RFPs and tenders, maintaining accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting in CRM systems.
