What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they are successfully onboarded and fully utilizing Kalepa's platform. You will proactively engage with clients to understand their goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to relay client feedback and advocate for their needs. You will develop and deliver training sessions and resources to empower clients to maximize the value of our platform. You will track client engagement metrics and work to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. You will contribute to the development of best practices and processes to improve client success outcomes.
