You are a detail-oriented and motivated individual currently in your final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. You possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, with a genuine interest in sustainability and technology. You are eager to contribute to meaningful projects that have a real-world impact on the journey to achieving a net-zero carbon future in real estate.
You are comfortable working with large datasets and have a foundational understanding of data management principles. You are proactive in ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with internal teams to drive process improvements. Your ability to research sustainability trends will be valuable in preparing insightful reports and presentations.
What you'll do
As a Data & Insights Intern at Scaler, you will assist in managing and maintaining large datasets related to sustainability reporting and real estate performance. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate data entry, validation, and organization within Scalerβs sustainability platform. You will support sustainability data collection and workflow optimization, contributing to insights generation that enhances asset performance and reduces environmental impact.
You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain data integrity and drive process improvements, ensuring that the data you work with is reliable and actionable. Additionally, you will research real estate sustainability trends and assist in preparing internal reports and presentations that communicate your findings effectively.
