Job Description
Who you are
You are a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in computer vision and deep learning β you have experience in developing algorithms that improve information extraction from printed documents and are passionate about pushing the boundaries of recognition technology. You have a solid understanding of semantic document parsing and are comfortable working hands-on in all phases of quality improvements, from defining metrics to debugging complex models.
You stay up to date with the latest research in document classification and text recognition β you enjoy mentoring team members on code quality and engineering practices, fostering a collaborative environment where innovative ideas can flourish. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify opportunities for optimization and feature enhancement in existing products.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive the development of semantic document parsing solutions tailored to customer use cases β you will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle, including prototyping, testing, and integrating existing models. You will also create new models and collect and analyze data to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in the product β your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of workflows across various industries. As you mentor junior engineers, you will help elevate the team's technical capabilities and ensure adherence to best practices in machine learning and software development.
