You are a highly motivated student eager to gain hands-on experience in software engineering during a summer job of three months or longer. You are currently enrolled in or have completed a bachelor’s or master’s program in computer science, information technology, robotics, or a related field. You have a passion for software engineering and data processing, and you are familiar with modern development practices. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited to contribute to real-world projects.

Desirable

Familiarity with data processing and web application development is a plus. Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes will enhance your contributions to the team. You are open to learning new technologies and best practices that can improve development processes. You have a keen interest in enhancing user experiences on web and mobile platforms.

What you'll do

As part of the infrastructure team, you will assist in improving and maintaining data-heavy applications. You will collaborate with a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain web applications, focusing on backend, frontend, or both. Depending on your background and interests, you could work on various projects that involve creating and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes to support our data-driven initiatives. You will also research and introduce new technologies and best practices to enhance our development processes. Your role will involve participating in sprint planning, grooming, and demo sessions, contributing actively to the development process.
