What you'll do

As a Market Data Services Analyst, you will oversee invoicing and accounts payable processes, ensuring that all components are handled efficiently. You will partner with Market Data and Broker Relations to support inventory management and invoice processing, reviewing contract information and reconciling vendor invoices against contractual terms and pricing schedules. Your role will involve tracking and maintaining contract milestones, proactively alerting internal stakeholders about renewals and amendments.

You will maintain and update inventory records across vendors, services, and contracts within the Optimize Spend platform. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that contract and invoice information is complete, timely, and consistently maintained. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
