Your experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, has equipped you with the skills to build scalable and reliable applications.

You possess deep knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes. You understand the intricacies of microservices architecture and have successfully implemented solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. Your coding skills are complemented by a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, allowing you to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements while delivering high-quality software.

What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Schonfeld, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including designing, developing, and deploying applications that serve as the golden data source for post-trade operational data. You will lead initiatives and run projects that enhance the capabilities of our platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our multi-manager multi-strategy environment. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the platform based on user feedback and business requirements.

You will also provide Level 3 support globally, ensuring that the systems you develop are highly supportable and performant. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of our trade reporting facilities, as you build and maintain systems that manage positions across a wide array of asset classes. You will work closely with other engineers to ensure that the codebase remains future-ready and scalable, while also participating in code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.
