You have a proven track record of leading product teams and driving product strategy — your experience spans over 5 years in product management, particularly in areas related to search and discovery. You possess a deep understanding of user experience principles and have successfully launched products that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
You are a strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with short-term execution — you excel at defining product roadmaps and aligning them with business goals. Your ability to analyze market trends and user feedback allows you to make informed decisions that drive product success.
Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation — you thrive in environments where you can mentor and inspire your team, encouraging them to take ownership of their work. You understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration and can effectively communicate with stakeholders across the organization.

What you'll do
