You have a strong background in recruiting, with experience leading full-cycle hiring processes across various teams, including GTM, product, and engineering. You understand the nuances of attracting talent in competitive markets and have a proven track record of closing candidates effectively. Your operational mindset allows you to continuously improve recruiting workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in your approach. You are comfortable representing the company brand to candidates and have excellent communication skills that facilitate collaboration with hiring managers and founders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus approximately 75% of your time on full-cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies that align with the company's goals. Additionally, you will support on-site office operations, contributing to a positive workplace environment. Your hands-on approach will be essential in executing recruiting initiatives and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
