What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process for various roles across the organization, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Product. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You will also be responsible for closing candidates in a competitive market, ensuring that Scrunch attracts the best talent available.
