Who you are

You have a proven track record in client success or account management, ideally within the technology or entertainment sectors. You excel at building long-term relationships and understand the importance of aligning technology with business goals to drive mutual success. Your analytical skills allow you to leverage data and insights to guide clients toward strategic outcomes, ensuring they realize the full value of their partnership with SeatGeek. You are comfortable managing complex accounts and can navigate challenging conversations with ease, always aiming for win/win solutions. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for product adoption and commercial improvement, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work closely with clients and internal teams alike.

Desirable

Experience in the ticketing or live events industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with data analytics tools that can help you provide actionable insights to clients. A background in sales or marketing can also enhance your ability to drive client engagement and advocacy.

What you'll do

As a Client Success Manager at SeatGeek, you will serve as a strategic partner to your clients, aligning our technology with their business objectives to foster revenue growth. You will lead business reviews, both internally and externally, delivering insights that support renewals and overall client success. Your role will involve daily communication with a portfolio of clients, where you will manage expectations, resolve issues, and build trust.
